Bio
Maddie is excited to be joining the Green City Market team as a Programs Assistant this season!
Maddie grew up in the suburbs, besides the couple of years her family lived in Singapore, and went on to study Aquatic Biology at UC Santa Barbara. Since graduating in 2022, she has earned her PADI Divemaster certification, spent some time backpacking internationally, and landed back in Chicago. Her commitment to promoting sustainability, local food systems, and accessibility led her to GCM.
In her free time, Maddie enjoys hanging out at the lake, trying new vegan recipes, practicing yoga and pilates, and watching reality TV.
